I have written to both the Federal Health Minister Marjorie Michel and Provincial Health Minister Ravi Kahlon asking them to reconsider their decision bypassing the Cowichan Valley for a rehab treatment centre, while supporting addictions treatment centres in Prince George and Surrey.
