Representing You In The House of Commons

It is truly an honour to represent the vibrant communities of Cowichan – Malahat – Langford in the House of Commons. Our riding is a remarkable place, characterized by its stunning natural beauty, with the ocean on two sides, rolling mountains, vast forests, and a rugged coastline, alongside its rich mix of rural charm and growing urban centres. From our vital industries in forestry, agriculture, fishing, and tourism, to our diverse communities, historical family farms, and wineries, this constituency truly embodies the best of what British Columbia has to offer.

As your voice in Ottawa, my priority is always working for the people of Cowichan – Malahat – Langford and tackling the issues that matter most to you and your family. The key to this work is open communication. As a result, this site has been designed not only to help you find the information you need, but also to allow you to easily share your feedback and concerns directly with me. I look forward to hearing from you!

Championing a Vision for Progress

I aim to represent Cowichan – Malahat – Langford with a common-sense approach and values that will return this beautiful nation to a respected, safe, healthy, and financially stable state. I will champion:

  • Public Safety: Canadians deserve to feel safe in their communities, I will work to remove offenders, drugs, and illegal firearms from the streets so that the people of Cowichan – Malahat – Langford can rest easy.

  • Affordability: Canadians are facing both a housing and cost of living crisis. I will work to remove red tape, get more homes built, increase affordable housing, reduce taxes, and reduce inflation so that hardworking Canadians can afford daily life again.

  • National Defence: Canada needs a strong military that will reassert our sovereignty and protect our interests and borders. As a Member of the Standing Committee on National Defence, I will advocate for better recruitment and retention, building up our military, and meeting our 2% NATO goal.

  • Veterans: As a veteran myself, veterans wellbeing has been and will continue to a priority. I will work to reduce wait times to receive services and ensure treatment is provided with dignity.
